Grace Weatherhead
Operations Executive
Grace Weatherhead joined the team in November 2025, stepping into a key role supporting our sales and operations function and working closely with Sophie and Aaron in our busy sales office.
With two decades of experience in the fashion and beauty sector, Grace has held senior buying positions at major retailers including QVC and TK Maxx. More recently, she moved to the supplier side as a Senior National Account Manager for British beauty brand Elemis. Although property investment is a new chapter for her, Grace brings a wealth of commercial insight and relationship-building expertise that will be invaluable to our team.
Outside of work, Grace is kept on her toes by her three children and her husband, Chris. The whole family are passionate football fans, spending most weekends either cheering on the kids from the sidelines or supporting QPR as season ticket holders. When she’s not at a match, Grace enjoys fitness classes, shopping, and catching up with friends.
We’re delighted to welcome Grace to the team. Her warmth, enthusiasm, and calming presence make her a fantastic addition, and we’re excited to see the impact she’ll have.
